    I have been using my Pearl for 9 months with no sync issues. This morning I noticed my calendar is not syncing with Outlook. It appears that the task list, contacts, etc. are working fine. Any suggestions?

    Are you a BES user, with OTA sync, or BIS, with USB sync?

    Have you made any changes to Desktop Manager? Check your sync settings. You may need to resend your service books. For Verizon: Deleting and generating new desktop service books via USB cable - BlackBerry 8830

    The linked instructions are for the 8830, but they should work the same for the 8330.

    Some carriers require you to contact customer service to get service books re-sent. If you can't find the info on their website, call them.
