I have suretype as the default. And 95% of the time when I go to send an email or a text message it is in suretype mode. But once in a while it will go into multi-tap mode with out me changing anything and then I have to pull up the menu and go back into Suretype b4 I start the message (b/c i don't want to use mutitap, thats why I got a BB).
So I don't know if its a software glitch or a defective phone. Doesn't happen too often, but it happens. Has anyone experienced anything like this and if so, have you found any answers?
