I used the forum searchbox to see if there were any threads already about this and i couldn't find any so here goes. It it normal for suretype to turn off when the phone is turned off. I use the auto on/off and every morning when i go to use the phone i have to turn suretype back on. Is there a way where it will automatically default to suretype engaging when the phone is turned on?

i have never seen this problem. i would try to pull the battery for 30 seconds and see if the problem persists.

Strange. I have mine set for auto off and on daily and I have never had to change that setting. Suretype is always default. Sorry can't help.

My suretype has never turned off by itself.

Same here. I have auto off every night and my SureType never turns off.
