OK, if I am wanting a contact beginning with N, I find the following. If I hit the BN key, I only get b, or bb if I hit it twice. I've finally figured out I can use M, and then scross to the Ns. But is there anyway to go straight to N, without switching to Multitap first?
You're trying to use the SureType as MultiTap and you'll get frustrated if you continue to do this.
Say you're trying to find Michael Smith.
Type the AS key once then the M key....the SureType system will immediately take you to the SM area. If you have a last name starting with AM, then continue to type with the UI key once and the system will take you to Smith.
THANKS. What happened is that searching for NATIONAL, I hit BN and then a, and the BAs show up. But if I scroll down, they are followed by the NAs. I was expecting NA right on top but this is reasonable and now I understand it. Thanks for your patience.
