Just bought this phone today, used, and cant get the flash off. Tried restoring factory settings, and did a search on here as well. I found some people with the same problem, but havent been able to locate a resolution. The most common answer is to replace the phone, but this is my replacement! Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
