Ok...here's another one for ya.

Got this BB 8130 3 days ago...tried Sprint TV for the first time. The screen switches and says Sprint TV and does nothing else...some little yellow lines go from the center to the outside over and over kind of like flashing lights...

Is this right? Shouldn't something else happen?

When I first got my pearl, it did the same thing. I had to call and they talked me thru wiping my phone. Good luck...
