Everytime I open a text message, the header includes a callback number for the sender, but displays the name vertically down the right-hand side of the display. This is driving me nuts!! Does anyone please have a solution??!!

Are you perhaps using a 3rd party theme that might be doing that? It doesn't sound like any setting I've ever come across that would be causing that.

I chose a different font and made it smaller and it fixed the problem. Good call!! Thank you.
