I just rec'd a replacement Pearl and I'm modifying it to how my old one was before I send it back to AT&T....but when I inserted my sim card in the new Pearl, nothing came up. Is there somewhere I need to go specifically to bring up my sim contacts??
your sim contacts will automatically save to the PHONE you have to manually move them to the sim card if you have the old berry still do a backup of the phone and then use the transfer device wizard within Desktop Manager and it will transfer everything to the new phone.
