    Ok, I know you guys have posted several fixes for the sig file issue but it appears that the SPRINT people have setup an account for my BBerry at the BIS site you advise us to go to. When I enter my information it says my device is registered, although I never registered it there. When I select "send me my password" it says my password has been sent to my BBerry, but it never arrives.

    How do I get this changed if the evil sprint salesguy has entered some cryptic account info to keep me from changing it?

    do you have a @sprint.blackberry.net email address? Thats what it would be sending the password to.

    You can also try going in the setup email app, and try that as well.
