I'm setting up a friend's Pearl, and he uses his Gmail account on his BB. He wants to be able to send messages from the built-in email program, but only receive messages through the Gmail app. Anyone know if this is possible to set up?

The idea is that only text messages will go through his Messages app, but that he can still send email/SMS/MMS.

when you check the app , it should show if you want an existing email or not.
