I use the Blackberry Internet Service to get my emails fowarded from the web access exchange server at my work. However my company has recently added a self signed certificate to access outlook web so I am no longer receiving emails on my bb. I have the certificate (.pfx )and the root certificate (.cer) files. Is there a way I can load them onto my BB or some other fix so I could get my email working again?
I had some issues with our exchange server and my BB when our company went to it. But what I ended up having to do was to go back in to the blackberry email site and re authorize it. Don't know if it will work for you. Maybe ask your IT person. Good luck.
