Okay so the triangle is coming up under my battery & I'm in the US @ my house? I believe it means I'm roaming, but I'm not - IDK what to do to get it off my phone!

Remove the battery with the device on, and after 30 seconds replace it.

If it is still there, call *22899. It will update the PRL (Preferred Roaming List)

Your just roaming because your carrier isn't able to give you service where you are at that time. No worries tho cuz no one charges for roaming anymore
