Hey all. I cannot get my phone to ring right. No matter what settings I use in PROFILES>ADVANCED, it seems my phone vibrates and then rings. My wife has called me and it waits until the 4th ring to actually make a noise (and now NO vibrations)
ALso, what does "IN HOLSTER" mean. Can this little slice of technology actually tell the difference between being inside my pocket and inside that black leatherette case?
Not sure what the issue is with the BB not ringing. As far as the holster, the OEM pouch has a magnet strip in it and when you "holster" your BB, it places the phone into a "idle" mode. It turns the screen off and turns on the "in holster" options you have selected in Profiles.
Make sure for your current profile you have Phone set to just Tone and not Vibrate+Tone. Tone will have it ring straight off w/o vibrating, Vibrate+Tone will vibrate first, then ring.
