I keep missing calls because the ringer volume is so low. For some reason Iam unable to make it louder, can someone please help me!!

Go to Profiles, Advanced, highlight Loud click menu, select edit, scroll to phone, select it, make volume loud.
Or try a ring tone with more volume.

I have already taken those steps. When I drag and drop an mp3 into my music folder the volume level is fine (nice and loud). If I drag and drop the same file into the ringtone folder it automatically is lower. Somebody told me that I have to wait for the software to catch up to the technology. Somebody else told me that there are two different sets of speakers on the Pearl, one for music and one for ringtones. Is this true?? I'm not very technologically savvy.

MP3s and Ringtones will play much louder in the device media player vs the the device Profiles. Unfortunately no way to change that.
