I've had my blackberry pearl for a little bit more than a week, the battery BARELY lasts (I text ALOT, but haven't downloaded anything!) and now the ringers won't work. I've made sure the volume wasn't on mute under advanced options, but it won't ring. It won't even vibrate! Help?

Turn it off, then back on.

Instead of turning it off and on try and pull the battery.
