    I received a Replacement Pearl because my other one messed up. The email does receive and I havent sent any yet. Ive already went to BIS and clicked Send Service Books! But I haven't received any emails until i go to my computer and actually check them online.

    Whats going on.?

    IT wont let me send emails either! It just tries to and then the red failure X icon shows!

    With the new BB have you gone into the email set up and switched devices aka the pin
