Hi, I have had this device for over a year and need to remove the BES email account and setup a personal one. Can anyone let me know how to do this? I have 3000+ contacts on the device and would like to know if I can do it and not lose any contact information? I'm not technical, so apologies if this process is very easy. Thanks very much.
Dude, why did you put your entire email address as your user name? That could be trouble.
Should be able to log into your emails settings from your BB and click on that email account and delete. This might not be possible on a company BB though.
No, your user name on here is your email address. You probably need to contact Admin and see if they will allow you to change it. or since you are a newbie, delete this account and do a new one. Just come up with a new user name.
