I just purchased a used BB Pearl 8100 for my husband for Christmas on eBay. Whomever owned this phone before us added and removed many, many things. One of the the apps that I would like to have back is the Voice Activated Dialing. Does anyone have any instruction on how to reinstall it? I already tried wiping the memory and that doesn't bring it back. It is not hidden either, it's completely gone. Can anyone help?!?

You would need to reinstall the original or an updated OS to reacquire that feature. Once removed, I've heard that is about the only way to get it back.
