    Hi,

    I own an 8100 on O2-UK and seem to be receiving all my emails (that are sent to my O2 address) twice.

    I have checked and I don't seem to have any mail diverts on.

    Has anyone got any ideas as to why this might be?

    You could try looking at your service books. Perhaps you have a duplicate service book for the email address.

    I was hoping you had sorted my problem really quickly then, but I have just checked my service books and, no, there is only one entry for each email address. Well in fact there are two but they are CICAL and CMIME.

    Are you on BIS? I'd try deleting all the service books then resending them .. not sure what the problem is exactly however.

    Yes, I am on BIS.
    I have deleted the service books for the email accounts I have, resent them and then sent myself a test email and so far, so good.

    I'll let you know if it plays up again.

    OK,

    This is weird. I am getting my emails twice again. If I send one from my wifes O2 email address to me, I only get it once, all other emails are received twice...

    Any Ideas?
