My trackball went bad on my Pearl 8100 and my IT department switched it out with a new one. I replaced the SIM card and after a few tries at the enterprise activation and some crackberry.com research I am getting my email and have my restored my device.
Unfortunately, I am unable to reply to emails and I am not getting any notification that I've received an email. No ringtone and no LED. I've checked the profile and even changed ringtones. It seems to be working for my Gmail.
