Question about ramble Im
I just started using Ramble Im. I have an ATT plan with no data plan... Because of this i was a little skeptical about being able to use Ramble because i read that ramble uses Data... Despite this i installed the program and and i am able to connect and use all the features no problem... The concern that i have is since i do not have a data plan, am i going to be charged for using data services? Other programs that i have tried that i know use data did not allow me to connect.... but Ramble did... so i just am wondering if any one can tell me if i am going to be charged up the *** for Ramble?

I probably wouldn't try it. ATT can log everything and they will charge you if you connect to the internet

Expect a hefty bill if you continue to use it!!!

i am taking both of ur guys advice and removing it... upon further searching i found that my phone was allowing data to be sent... i changed the option and Ramble no longer worked... Looks like i am back to searching for a free AIM program that runs off SMS... l

I'm pretty sure 0Z also uses some data to update buddylists and such, although minimal.
Although the messages are SMS, I don't think there's a 100% SMS AIM client.
