Lately my blackberry has been acting wiered... before when i took pictures and i pluged it in the pc the pics showed up fine in the folders, but now the pc talking about the pics not being in the right format... so can anyone tell me how 2 go in the phone and change the format of my pics and can the resolution or finess (normal, fine, superfine) affect that problem????
Also I have been getting the "hourglass of doom" so if anybody knows how to make this problem go away i will greatly appreciate this because im tired of seeing that hourglass and my phone just loading for like a min. PLEASE HELP

Sometimes, it just takes a while for everything to load...hence, the hour glass. It doesn't mean anything, unless you see the hour glass and the phone shuts off automatically thereafter. This is the problem I am experiencing.

Firstly, do a battery pull. Then, go to media / menu / options and adjust the camera settings accordingly...

I am a Sprint Blackberry Advanced Technical Support Specialist. The best thing for the "hourglass of doom" is to reload the handheld software, third party software is not recomended on your blackberry because you can't get any tech help from blackberry or your carrier for the reason that it has not been tried and tested. If reloading the handheld software does not stop the spining hourglass of death, then the device needs replaced because it is a device issue not a software glich...
