I have very few issues with my pearl...I love it, but this is an annoyance:

I receive lots of texts. My "default" profile SMS ringer will play every time I receive an SMS until I receive an SMS from someone that I have assigned a custom SMS tone to. After that, the "default" SMS ringer no longer plays, and all of my SMSs come through with the custom ringtone, even though it isn't the person that I assigned that tone to. This continues until I use SoftReset. Is there a fix for this, or just something that I will have to live with?

I have a Sprint phone with the 4.3.0.127 OS, if that makes a difference.

I was hoping to wait for the "official" Sprint updated OS, but as with everyone else, the wait may kill me! LOL!

I will wait at least until the 1st of the year to update, but then I guess, my impatience will win out.

Like I said, it is an annoyance, but not a deal breaker!
