So, I've had this problem for a while now on my BlackBerry Pearl 8130, and I tried to ignore it. I've given up on ignoring it and no one at the Sprint store can answer my questions because all they know how to do is sell a product and read to you what it's supposed to do. Whenever I select "Sprint Music Store", "Sprint TV", or "On Demand" the browser opens up and goes to the "T and C" page, which is apparently an agreement page to the terms and conditions to download the "Sprint Navigation" software (which I already have). When it goes to this page, some items are removed from the menu within the browser, such as the "Go To..." button, the "Back" and "forward" buttons, and the "Bookmarks" button. These items will reappear if I navigate to the Sprint home page for the web browser. The only way I can do this is through the "History" button because the "Home" button will only take me back to the "T and C" page. If anyone has any idea about this problem and/or a solution please let me know.

Have you tried agreeing with the terms and conditions?
Once you hit 'I agree' you should never see that page again.

The T&C aren't for the navigation software, they for the app you're trying to initialize. The icons that come on the phone aren't the actual apps, they're links to download the actual apps. Once you accept the T&C the app will download to your berry and you'll be good to go.
