Whenever I take a picture with my camera the color in the picture comes out really messed up. The picture looks like as if you were looking though night vision goggles but the primary colors are pink and green I think. The color gets even worse when i zoom in and when I zoom in all the way the color on the screen is messed up even before on take a picture.
I've only tried taking out the battery for a minute and putting it back in.
something else to check is try setting the white balance to automatic and turn the flash on the automatic. I have found that for some reason having the flash turned to automatic makes my pictures come out better on my bb pearl.
I have a similar problem. but you see mines is more complex i was hoping i could seek a solution here. i downloaded os 4.5 yesterday on my bb 8320TM.and since then my camera nor my video software work it just turns black and then freezes but before this update my blackberry worked fine just no video camera. please guide me 2 a resolution.
Are you sure you loaded the correct device OS? Sounds like a 81xx OS on an 8100.

My phone, purchased from ebay, is officially a t-mobile phone. I loaded the official at&t software for the 8100. I just noticed it last night when i was trying to take some pictures.
There was a problem with one beta os I loaded doing this same thing. I would have to presume since the camera works for each of you, that this is a software issue. How 'bout you all do a back up, including backing up your 3rd party apps for safe keeping and then do a wipe on the phone to restore to factory specs.
