This is more out of curiosity than anything; carrying around a full-size keyboard is rather impractical.

Anyway, I have a spare USB keyboard. If I bought a USB A female to Mini USB B Male adapter (not linked, as I am a newbie) and used it to attach the keyboard to the USB port of my Blackberry Pearl, would the keyboard work?

I saw those. They're very cool, but they cost a bit more than I'm looking to spend at the moment, especially on a keyboard I really don't need all that badly.

ya that would be nice if i could use my computer usb keyboard for my BB cause the ones they sell are a bit pricey
