There are some complications when using her corporate BES connection.
1. Not all emails are being delivered to the handset (All appear on the Laptop)
2. If a new mail is sent from the handset it is sent from the carrier account - airtel.blackberry
3. If a reply is sent from the handset it is sent from the BES account as it should be.
- I have tried changing the IMEI and Pin on her existing airtel.blackberry account from the previous handset to the new pearl
- Her corporate BES admin has no idea because when the sim is put in her old BB the email works as it should.
I am wondering if the blank IT policy is not communicating with the corporate BES?

The blank policy may need setting to RIM or something?
Does anyone else have any ideas on what is the problem here?
