Hello there. i have the blackberry flip phone for tmobile. the problem is i am not able to hear the people that i talk to very well even though the volume is all the way up already. i can only hear better if i use the headset or put in on speaker phone..otherwise i can barely hear the people that i talk to. i tried to reset the phone to factory setting, but it didnt solve the problem. i called tmobile and they werent able to help me either because i purchased the phone off of ebay and they said they "cant find the warranty information" so they arent able to send me a replacement phone. now i dont know what to do, please help.....thanks in advance...
