    Hi,
    My new 8100 pearl is giving me grief!
    When the phone rings most times I cannot answer it as the keypad becomes frozen and will not respond!! This only happens when I am receiving a phone call
    Can anybody please help?

    Have ou tried a Battery Pull? Might be worth upgrading the latest OS if you havent already.
