Anyway she has a Blackberry 8130 that she she thinks she has messed up. When ever she wants to use it she has to press the red phone button to get the keyboard to work. Can someone tell why this would happen and how to get rid of it.
Mine goes into standby mode (blank screen) after a certain amount of time. To "wake it up" I touch the red phone button. Otherwise the battery drains faster with the screen on all the time.
