    how can i have russian language in my 8120? and i don't have add e-mail point in e-mail setup - only i want to use a work account with bb es and skip setup.. what should i do? thanks in advance

    News reports were that RIM has reciently shipped the first 1000 8700's to Russia. That would imply language support, at least in that model.

    Normally, your North American Blackberry should have a Cyrillic font and you should be able to read Russian messges at least. Are you able to do that?

    I' doubt that input methods are available. The problem with the Pearl is that there aren't enough keys for the Latin alphabet and definitely not enough for the Cyrillic alphabet. Also, there would need to be a Russian wordlist to do SureType and some intelligence about how to do noun desclensions, etc. I'm pretty sure this does not exist right now. The 8700 that Stoner refers to has more keys than the Pearl.
