the return key popped off and vzw wants me to pay a $50 deductible to replace the whole phone. i checked previous posts, cnn (every week they write me back saying check back in a week), ebay and Blackberry8100 parts website and none of them have the pink keypad. does anyone have any suggestions or have had to replace their pink keypad? thank you.
I had the same key come off my 8130, and I was told that the 8130 keypads cannot be replaced. Now this was from somebody at a Sprint service center, so who really knows.
I mentioned that I already checked CNN for the keypad and they don't have it and VZW who sold me the phone wants a $50 copay for a new phone, but I don't need a new phone just the keypad.
I have a pink keypad i no longer want. I got the phone from my ex and im trying to make it NOT pink. But i need to know how easily I can change it to black
