I've been using my blackberry pearl for a while, and I just came across a really awkward problem. I am not able to make/recieve calls or texts. the phone has reception, but it wont allow me to make calls. i have the latest blackberry phone software that i downloaded from tmobile, so i'm not sure what the problem is. Sorry if this has already been addressed, but it's really annoying.
Yes I have, the problem is persistent. It the only thing I notice is that on the data arrows it seems to only send data not receive it. When I try and make a call, it will tell me call failed after about 30-40 seconds. THank you for your help.
