any explanation for this??

i updated my bros phone from 4.2 to 4.5 and it seems a bit laggy..

every time i load the camera and click to take a pic, it turns off and i have to manually turn it on...he has about 25mb free and doesnt use anything on it...he doesnt even have internet service for it (he choose not to)

If the viewfinder is working, which I would presume since you're trying to take a shot, take the SD out and see if that solves it.

there is no SD card and the view finder doesnt work, its just a black screen until i actually click to take a photo then it restarts itself

Try pushing down around the lens of the camera. That's been known to solve such problems some of the time.
