    One of the prongs on the blackberry somehow broke off. I've been told that I can have Blackberry ship me a new phone (the phone is 2-3 months old), but how do I go about initiating that process? I've been looking online but can't find any info. Thanks in advance!

    If you have insurance on your device, go to the Sprint Service and Repair center and file a claim. Or you can call customer care and they can transfer you over the company that Sprint uses for their insurance.

    You have to pay a deductible by credit card and your phone is sent to you next busines day.

    If you have no insurance, they don't know what to tell you.
