I have a Blackberry Pearl and am using MS Outlook 2003. I can sync the two, however I am having a little trouble. I have my email acocunt set up on my Blackberry and I receive meeting requests on that account. I do not accept them on the Blackberry. I wait until I have it in my Outlook inbox and then hit accept. However, the entry shows up on my Blackberry calendar twice (once from the desktop and once from the email account). It only appears once on the computer. Any advice on how to fix this?
I don't open it on my BB for fear that it was doing that. Is there any way to then sync it? I know it is something I am doing wrong, just not sure what it is. I know everyone out there does not have duplicate entries on their handhelds.
Are you on a BES? I had the same problem. Sorry but I had my BB wiped so many times that I can't be sure what finally fixed it. In the end I finally had IT take me off the BES. Good luck!
