My pearl that I just bought heats up when it turns on. We took the battery out and it was also pretty warm. I dont think this is normal. Is there any way to fix this or anyone have any suggestions as to what could be causing it?
You really should return the phone and get a new one from the store if your still in your thirty day period from buying the phone. They will exchange it no problem. There is something defective about your battery.
