    I have a user who has a Pearl 8100 (guess that's why I'm posting in this forum ) and his email is sorted with new messages appearing on the bottom. This is a recent change, as he has always had them on the top. I'm stumped as to how to correct this. Could someone please enlighten me?

    Seems super odd. There really is no setting or anything to change the sort method, so if thats the case it may be hard to fix. Have you tried a battery pull?

    While on the messages screen, press the spacebar, that should 're-sort' in the other direction...

    Nope only skips down a page, analogous to a Page Down key.

    hey guys thanks for your help. The device is now being replaced due to an unrelated hardware issue. So I guess the issue has just been fixed
