weird question... well, does not shutdown completely just goes to maybe sleep mode when i press the power button in front of the phone. and i press the the same button it turns on right away. it only happened recently. but before i can shut it down using that button, and i could see before the splash screen for bb loading. I've checked the auto power on/off and they're turned off..... and also tried the power icon on the screen and same thing happens, also tried to pull out the battery and same thing again. hoping for your quick response, thanks!

then open the app and select restart,if it dose the same on load uo
take it back wer you got it and get it repaird off the warranty
usually sends the phone away and gives you a brand new one
