My girlfriends pearl 8130 usb port failed so it will not charge or connect with her pc. After talking with US Cellular, they are shipping a new one directly to our house and this is where my question comes in. How can I backup and transfer her contact list and ringtones without being able to connect to her pc?

If I am not mistaken you can transfer the Address Book via Bluetooth. Same goes for ring tones, but you do that via the Media application.

Ya you could transfer everything via Bluetooth.. Another thing you could do is copy everything ringtones music and place inside media card still would have to Bluetooth contacts
