I got a blackberry pearl 8130 and have had it for about a month. At first it worked great. Now the ringtones and sounds wont play. It just says media is of an unsupported format. I have to take the battery out quite often to do a soft reset. The soft reset does work for a little while, but then the media stops working again. We have called verizon and i guess they dont know what is wrong. Can anyone please give me some tips on how to fix this. Other than the media not working, the phone itself works great!
Can someone please help me. There have been many people that have looked at this post, but no one with any advise. I like the phone, but if i cant get this problem fixed, im getting rid of it. Whats the point in this site if no one will help?
