I have the BB Pearl 8120. I bought the 2gb memory card, but my phone still only holds up to about 24 pictures. My friend has a BB and no memory card and her phone holds up to 200!! I only have a few ringtones, and not many applications.
1) are you talking about when you take pics on the camera?
go to your camera, hit BB key (menu), select options, Store pictures should be listed as "On Media Card"
2) are you talking about general pictures you add when you hook up BB to the computer, sync, etc?
*** are you sure you are saving them to the Media Card and not the phone itself?
*** go to Options, Media Card, turn on Mass Storage Mode Support, Turn on Auto Enable Mass Storage mode when connected... that will make it easier/quicker to trans pics/music/video/etc to your BB
up your device memory limit, go into media>device memory limit then lower it to 5 mbs, (i think it goes down not up, as increasing will not allow as many could be wrong.) should help, also do step one from rpnosu what he said should also help.
