My phone has a * next to the speaker icon. How do I get it off? It's muted & won't vibrate. Not sure how it got there in the first place. My teenager was playing Brickbreaker last night, but not sure if that had anything to do with it. HELP!!

Change to a different profile. Sounds like you created a new profile and set everything to mute.
