I have used the general options menu in the messages folder to separate out my SMS/MMS messages, but now I cannot see the alleged newly-created SMS/MMS folder. I've done Show All, but that does not reveal the folder. Any ideas?? Thank you!

Make sure you saved the change. If it is saved then the icon should be a small cell phone on top of a paper-not a folder.

Have you tried sending yourself a text and seeing where it goes? Not sure what the problem could be.

I did do that, and I get the notification that I have a new text, but then it is nowhere to be found. Thanks a lot for your help and suggestions. I think I will just go to the AT&T store and see if they can figure it out...I actually have a pretty good sales rep who has been very helpful.

The folder is in your "Applications" folder if you're still using the AT&T theme.
