Hi all!
New to the forum. Just got my new Pearl 8110. Really cool phone! The biggest problem I'm having is, when I take it out of the supplied leather pocket pouch it sometimes opens an app, sometimes it prompts for UK or US English. The app problem is not annoying me. The Language thing is. Badly. Anyone know how I can make it stop? I've run the BB set up, and I deleted all unwanted languages. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Have you gone into options/languages and set them all to English US?

BigBadWulf, went into options and checked. all were set to English US. Noticed something while in there. The "Input Language Selection Shortcut" was defaulted to "ALT & ENT".
I think the pouch is depressing those keys? I changed the settings to "none". We'll see if that helps?

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. I'm still trying to get used to the thing and all it's options

after a full day of pulling out of the case, it has yet to give me any more problems. One down, many more to go...! Thanks again for the help!
