Can not get BBP to sync with outlook. Outlook does not show up in available programs to choose when setting up sync. Is there any other software I need besides what came with the BB?

Need to know what version of Outlook and what version of Desktop Manager you are using.

Outlook is 2000 and Desktop Manager is 4.3

And this is your problem... Support for Outlook 2000 was phased out with the release of DM 4.3. This means you have two choices, either upgrade Outlook to a newer version, or go back to using DM 4.2.

Sorry to revive a thread but I'm having this same issue with our VP of Marketing's BB 7100g on TMob.

Outlook stopped showing up completely in available programs. He's using outlook 2003 though and DM 4.3

I just got my phone yesterday and i only want it for my work email but my work email is SquirrelMail version 1.4.13 SquirrelMail - Webmail for Nuts!! ( i dont really know much about things)
I cant get that email in my phone but Hotmail is perfect!!
Dose anyone know will i be able to do anything???

I am using v4.6 Desktop Manager, available to download from BlackBerry support, it is working correctly with Outlook 2007.

I suppose I'll try updating it to 4.6. Then again, our BES is suppose to do this automatically so that's probably the underlying issue.
