[Bivouac]

I don't know what happened to my Pearl 3G. I didn't drop it or anything but the screen went black and I can't get it to come back. Keyboard still lights up. LED lights up on start up.

I looked up a few solutions for similar problems but none of them seem to be working for me. I've done several battery boots. Tried restoring it from my computer. When I first plugged it in the device wasn't responding. I did a restore and it connected and appeared to boot fine except the screen is still black. Nothing is showing up!

Please help!!

It's not that old I've only had it for a month or so.

You should call to support from the dealer. I think that maybe hardware error.

Yeah it's going in for service. Estimated round trip is 3 weeks

I was hoping to find a solution I could do on my own.

Oh well, not much I can do but wait.
