So I just got my pearl the other day.

I went to the zoo yesturday and I was taking full advantage of the camera. but i was saving it to the phone not my card by accident. and it must have overloaded the phone. and i had to restart my pearl because everything froze and the only option was to restart it.

Everything seemed to be fine afterwards. I just lost alot of my conversations.

Today I clicked on "manage connections" and this was the error message i recieved:

Uncaught exception: ApplicationRegistry.getOrWaitFot (oxf4c52bc5e8d22e75) owner died Thread

and wouldn't let me go in. please help. thanks!

You probably need to reload your OS: BlackBerry® Software Updates

Back up first if you can.

Download / Run your device software verison on your computer.

Then connect your BB and it should reload the OS.

I hope you backed up before you went to the Zoo because you will probably lose everything on the device.
