Hello,
I am facing great difficulty setting up my office outlook mail account on my BIS account. My company allows me to access mails through outlook web. My friends are able to send/receive mails on their personal windows mobile device. But am unable to access them on personal BB. It is not allowing me to setup account on BIS .
My friends saying I need to have ActiveSync to get mails on BB. But it looks like BB doesn't support ActiveSync.

please help me setup my account on BIS for my BB. I followed few guides from this discussion formums but no help on getting proper steps to access outlook web mails on BB.

anyone who have similar kind of experience pls share your expertness.

you do not need active sync. Active sync I believe only works with Windows Mobile Devices.

Most BB devices can be setup to by using the BIS setup. You just need to know the credentials to set it up right. OWA usually has a URL such as
emaildomain/exchange
user: domain\username
password: your email password
mailbox name: name of your mailbox which may be your name maybe

this is how I set mine up on my BB Storm. Hope this is somewhat helpful for you
