    I have an 8130 Pearl v4.3.0.97. After flawless synchronization with Outlook 2007 for several weeks, my desktop outlook calendar was completely erased. The address book sync still works. The data remains on my phone calendar but will not move to Outlook. Verizon couldn't fix the issue so they sent me over to Blackberry tech support. Blackberry tech support says a patch for this known issue has been developed and this patch has already been sent to Verizon. Verizon first tier tech support didn't know anything about it and can't tell me when this updated software will be available . Does anybody out there have this issue and if so have your carriers addressed it?

    I'm having the same issue with an 8310. Haven't called AT&T about it because I just downloaded 4.5 so they probably won't help.

    I did not think I could be the only one with the problem! Any updates on fixes? What a colossal pain. Almost makes me want my old Treo 650 back . . .

    I posted this same question about 5 posts before you did yesterday.....why are we all having this problem all of a sudden? Who do we turn to for a solution...Verizon, Rim??

    Oops, my bad....didn't notice Jeb's post was from June .....nevertheless, whats the problem with the sync deal?
